These working relationships we have built over the years help our credibility when presenting whistleblower cases to government agencies, including state attorney general offices.

Cases under the new securities whistleblower program will require attorneys with specialized knowledge and experience that only a securities law firm, such as Hagens Berman, has at its disposal. Whistleblowers should also consider that the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) receives hundreds of tips from whistleblowers and will only be able to act upon a small fraction of those claims.
